All tubes supplied via [LINLAI™ Global] website order and its authorized resellers, bear export logo of [LINLAI™ Global]. By default, they have 90 days limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship from buyer’s purchase date.
Limited Liability: [LINLAI™ Global] are not responsible for any subsequent losses or damages from the use of our vacuum tubes. These are solely to the buyers’ own responsibility and risks to take.
Vacuum tubes are consumable electronics parts and all sales are FINAL. They are not refundable unless special authorized by the tube factory. Restocking fee of 15% will apply when a return is authorized by the tube factory.
Related expenses in order fulfillment are sunk costs paid to 3rd party service provider and they are non-refundable. Such related expenses include but not limited to: 1) Payment processing fee charged by Paypal or credit card processors; 2) Order shipping costs paid to couriers, 3) Order shipping insurance costs paid to insurance providers; 4) Pre-paid warranty costs paid to distributors.
Product test measurements: We do NOT accept any customer or 3rd party’s test measurement, on any brands of test equipment as the basis of warranty claim. If you do not agree with our test methods or test measurements, please do NOT place an order with us. By placing an order on our website, you have expressed explicit agreement to our product test methods and test measurements. This term cannot be re-negotiated AFTER an order is placed.
Register Your Purchase to Validate Your Warranty
To claim your warranty, you must fulfill the following tasks:
- Register your purchase receipt through our online Warranty Registration Form, if you bought from a reseller but not this webstore. All information fields must be completed and validated.
- Your purchase receipt must show that you have purchased your tubes from one of our authorized resellers listed on this website. Tubes purchased from unauthorized sources are of unverifiable quality and they cannot be warranted by us.
- Tubes bearing Chinese domestic logo for consumption in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, are DISQUALIFIED for warranty from [LINLAI™ Global] and claim will be automatically denied.
- All [LINLAI™ Global] tubes have their own unique identification record maintained by LINLAI tube Factory when they were first shipped to a reseller or consumer. If an entry on warranty registration form is found to be inaccurate or of fraudulent nature when being cross checked with our factory tube identification registration record, such warranty registration will be automatically deleted from our database without notification. Fraudulent claim might be subject to further investigation and prosecution.
Warranty Return & Replacement
‘Buyer pays to ship back, Seller pays to replace’
Buyers are responsible for paying to ship defective tubes to [LINLAI™ Global] designated return center address.
[LINLAI™ Global] are responsible for shipping replacement tubes to buyer’s address on their purchase order.
Warranty Administration Fees at Checkout: (optional)
Warranty Return from retail and wholesale buyers can be administrated by the following (2) options and there are related optional fees during order checkout:
Option 1:
Return to Linlai™ Tube Factory in China, at buyers’ cost for ‘shipping + Chinese re-import charges’. You need to ship with DDP (Destination Duty & Tax Paid) term to Linlai™ Factory, upon authorization.
Under this warranty return option, there is no administration fee and the warranty process is slower, and Chinese customs can be unpredictable at times. If you are not familiar with shipping to mainland China, we don’t recommend you to use this option.
A wrong declaration for attempting to import goods to China may result in goods being confiscated by the Chinese customs. In such a case, we are not able to help you because it is next to impossible to dispute with the Chinese customs authority.
Option 2:
Return to [Linali™ Global] distributor outside of China, at buyer’s cost for ‘shipping + non Chinese destination import charges’. You need to ship with DDP (Destination Duty & Tax Paid’ term to [Linlai™ Global] overseas distributor, upon our warranty return authorization.
This option is of faster processing and usually has no hassle with destination customs, as our distributors are experienced with return processing procedure.
Under this warranty return option, you need to pay an additional small percentage of your order total amount upfront, as administration fees to our [Linlai™ Global] distributors. You can see the percentage during checkout phase, before you place your order.
