Dual Currency – USD and EUR
By default, this website shows all product price in US Dollars. This is due to Chinese currency directly pegged to USD funds to reflect our production cost in China.
You have option to use the ‘currency selector’ on the side column to display price in Euro currency. The USD/EUR exchange rate is updated daily in real time, and it has factored in currency conversion cost charged by financial institutions.
Buyers in Euro zone can choose to either pay in US Dollars funds, or in Euro funds, based on payment methods below.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods from worldwide buyers:
- Retail Consumers:
- Worldwide Order / amount US$1.00 – US$3,000: Paypal (US$ or Euro)
- up to maximum US$3000 or equivalent Euro amount. There is no fee for consumers to pay with Paypal. We as seller pay the related Paypal fees. Paypal can also process Visa / Mastercard credit card if you don’t have a Paypal account.
- Non-European Order / amount US$3,000 and up: Bank Wire Transfer USA (US$ ONLY)
- We can only accept International Wire Transfer through our overseas distributor, for amount over US$3,000, from Non-European buyers and payment must be made in US $ funds.
- European Order – minimum 150.01 Euros and up: Bank Wire Transfer EU
- We can accept direct bank wire transfer from European buyers for order amount starting from 150.01 Euro and up, through our overseas distributors, in Euro currency.
- Please note we can NOT process any orders below 150.01 Euros from EU VAT zone after July 1st, 2021 and any orders below 135 GBP from UK VAT zone after Jan 1st, 2021, due to the high cost of VAT compliance in these regions.
- If EU customers prefer to purchase our tubes at a VAT included price, please inquire with our overseas distributor(s) who maybe able to offer an all-inclusive VAT/Duty included pricing.
Refund: Any payment made via Paypal will be deducted with percentage (usually 4-5% depending on your card issuing region) transaction fees by Paypal and only the NET amount is paid to us as a merchant. When refund is requested by a customer, please note that as of 2019 Paypal no longer refund transaction fee when a refund is requested. So we cannot refund you the transaction fee portion that Paypal has taken, i.e. we cannot refund an amount that is more than what we have received in the first place.
2. Wholesale Tube Resellers / Tube Amp Manufacturers:
For wholesale worldwide order amount up to US$3000 or equivalent Euro amount, we can accept Paypal as payment method, but we do charge an additional 4.5% PayPal Fee on the total over amount including shipping. This percentage is subject to adjustment based on future PayPal fee policy.
For wholesale order from Non-European countries, with order amount US$3000 and up, we can accept Bank Wire Transfer to our distributor’s USA bank account in US$ currency.
For wholesale order from European countries, with order amount over 500 Euro, we can accept Bank Wire Transfer to our overseas distributor’s EU bank account in Euro currency.
There are no additional fees charged by us for you to use Bank Wire Transfer payment method. However, all bank wire transfer fees from sending and receiving side are to be paid by the payor. We must receive the full amount of your order via Bank Wire Transfer in order to process your wholesale orders.
Optional Warranty Administration Fees at Checkout:
Warranty Return from retail and wholesale buyers can be administrated by the following (2) options and there are related optional fees during order checkout:
Option 1:
Return to Linlai™ Tube Factory in China, at buyers’ cost for ‘shipping + Chinese re-import charges’. You need to ship with DDP (Destination Duty & Tax Paid) term to Linlai™ Factory, upon authorization.
Under this warranty return option, there is no administration fee and the warranty process is slower, and Chinese customs can be unpredictable at times. If you are not familiar with shipping to mainland China, we don’t recommend you to use this option.
Option 2:
Return to [Linali™ Global] distributor outside of China, at buyer’s cost for ‘shipping + non Chinese destination import charges’. You need to ship with DDP (Destination Duty & Tax Paid’ term to [Linlai™ Global] overseas distributor, upon our authorization.
This option is of faster processing and usually has no hassle with destination customs, as our distributors are experienced with return processing procedure.
Under this warranty return option, you need to pay an additional small percentage of your order total amount upfront, as administration fees to our [Linlai™ Global] distributors. You can see the percentage during checkout phase, before you place your order.
