The guideline below is updated frequently with trade policy changes. Please check back often to stay updated.
For USA:
When Shipped by USPS:
US Postal Service (USPS) require all parcels from outside of USA to have tariffs prepaid at origination country before they can be accepted by USPS. So if your order was shipped by postal service from anywhere outside of USA, it will be automatically ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ aka DDP. A customer located in the USA will not receive a surprise tariff bill from USPS at the time of delivery of an imported parcel.
When Shipped by Courier (such as UPS/Fedex/DHL):
For expedited / express shipping to the USA from outside of the country, we now also ship orders on ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ aka DDP terms with the courier. All tariff related charges will be taken care of at the sender / seller end, so a customer located in the USA will not receive a surprise tariff bill from a courier at the time of delivery of imported parcel.
For Canada:
All orders with destination as Canada will be fulfilled by our overseas distributor Grant Fidelity in Canada from their stock as a ‘domestic order’.
This website doesn’t collect Canadian tax or duty at the time of an order is placed by a customer in Canada. However, our distributor in Canada is required to collect local GST/HST (sales tax) before they can ship your order domestically. There is no duty applicable to a Canadian order – our distributor in Canada have paid for all duty charges at the time of their inventory import from our factory as wholesaler.
We look forward to welcoming you as our new customer from the USA or Canada.
