Retail Orders:
Due to foreign currency control by Chinese authorities and restrictions from ongoing trade frictions worldwide, all retail orders received from this website are by default forwarded to be shipped out of our authorized overseas distributor’s available stock.
If a destination that we/our distributor cannot ship to with reasonable assurance of safe delivery and close to estimated cost quoted in the order, you will receive notification within 3 business days after order is received. You will have option either to top up the freight charges, or receive a refund to your order upon cancellation.
We/our overseas distributor ship orders by Postal Service, or courier services, solely at our own discretion. We cannot accept buyer requested courier as we don’t have contracted shipping arrangements with all couriers.
We reserve our rights to fulfill orders from 1) our own factory stock, or 2) our overseas distributor stock, solely at our own discretion. Inventory level might fluctuate in our factory warehouse and/or at our overseas distributor location from time to time. We will choose where to fulfill the orders from, based on overall cost, stock availability and shipping turnaround time. By default, our factory primarily focus on shipping wholesale orders, not retail orders.
We will provide tracking number once it becomes available from carriers, to the email you have used to place your order. Please make sure to check your spam filter and junk mail folder to ensure our email can be received.
Wholesale orders: shipping cost is calculated upon receiving your order and charged separately for actual freight based on the final package size / weight. There is NO FREE Shipping offer for wholesale orders.
